Warrenton Yoga Free Yoga Classes with LIFE Center Membership (Fauquier Values Card Not Required) A wide variety of group classes are included in your membership fee when you join Fauquier Hospital's LIFE Center, including: yoga, pilates, and water aerobics. As the LIFE Center Yoga teacher, I can tell you that the monthly cost of yoga classes at studios I have attended (Health Advantage Yoga in Herndon, Sun and Moon Studio in Fairfax, Blue Ridge Yoga in Charlottesville) exceeds the monthly cost of LIFE Center membership. And you get a lot more than just yoga classes with a LIFE Center membership. So this is an excellent deal! If you prefer, you can buy a punch card for $60.00 which entitles you to 5 yoga classes. I specialize in working with beginning level students age 40 and over. Class Schedule: Monday mornings, 9 a.m. (very gentle, chair based class) Tuesday evenings, 5 and 6:30 p.m. Thursday evenings, 6:30 p.m. Saturday mornings, 9:00 a.m.
